• Purchasing Agents: When placing an order please provide our Sales Dept. with the name and mailing address of the technical person responsible for the requisition. This will enable any updated technical information of the product to be distributed promptly to the end user.

• The minimum order is $250.00 and $500 for distributors. Order amount below the minimum requirement, a small order processing fee of $25 will be charged.
• Shipping and any special handling charges will be added.
• Fee for a drop ship service is $25.
• Customers in the state of California will have sales taxes added unless a signed sales tax exemption certificate is on file at Texmate.
• Standard shipping carrier is UPS. Customers who prefer FedEx, there is a FedEx pick-up fee of $5.

• Verbal quotations expire the same day they are made.
• Written quotations are valid for 30 days.

Payment Terms

• NET 30 payment terms from date of invoice to approved accounts. All discounts are only applicable when payment is received within 30 days of shipment date.
• Delinquent accounts are charged interest at 0.1% per day and will be reinvoiced at full price if discount was applied to invoice.
• Customers who do not have an established account may pay by debit card, credit card, Paypal (3% fee, International 4% fee), ACH, Wire or send a check when placing the order.
• New accounts are welcomed and may be processed when credit references are furnished and approved by our Accounting Department.

Order Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Orders can be re-scheduled no less than 45 days prior to the scheduled
shipment date.
• Texmate reserves the right to make shipments up to 15 days prior to the scheduled shipment date.
• Where a quantity discount price has been granted for blanket purchase orders with scheduled deliveries that remain incomplete, the customer will be required to pay the difference between the price charged and the price applicable to the quantity actually delivered.
• Any order placed and shipped may be cancelled only upon payment of reasonable cancellation charges which shall take into account expenses incurred and commitments made by Texmate, Inc. In any case, the cancellation charge shall not be less than 25% of the outstanding purchase order amount.
• Although Texmate will attempt to meet scheduled delivery dates in good faith, we cannot accept liability for loss or damages caused by late delivery. In the event of any delivery delay, the delivery date shall be extended for whatever length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay.
• No order cancellation for default shall be effective unless and until Texmate shall have failed to correct such alleged default within 45 days after receipt of a written notice specifying such default.


• All products are shipped FOB Carlsbad via U.P.S. or U.S. Postal Service, unless otherwise specified. In all cases, title and responsibility pass to the consignee upon shipment.
• Claims for damaged or lost shipments should be filed promptly by consignee directly with the carrier.
• Packaging is in commercial containers suitable for ensuring safe delivery under normal shipping conditions.
• Claims for short shipments or other discrepancies will not be considered unless Texmate is advised within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.

Return of Goods

• Products may only be returned within 90 days of the invoice date and after a return material authorization (RMA) number has been assigned by our Customer Service Dept. A restocking fee of 25% of purchasing price will be charged.
• Include a copy of the original invoice marked with the RMA number.
• Products that have been used, misused, abused, or mistreated, will not be accepted for return or credit.
• When returning products either under warranty or for repair, please enclose an explanation of the application, the problem incurred, and a schematic of the connection to the meter. A $40 diagnosis fee will be charged for any product returned, unless it was tested and proven defective and is still under warranty.

• Information or items requested in order to process the RMA need to be provided promptly. All RMA will be closed within 30 days of the last correspondence. After closing, Texmate waives responsibility for all material not claimed by the sender.


• Either during or after the warranty period, Texmate will provide repair quotations on an individual basis upon inspection of the damaged instrument. A $40 diagnosis fee will be charged, unless the instrument was tested and proven defective and still under warranty period.
